You can sign up and get your name on the class list.
Once on the class list you will be notified prior to our classes starting up again.
Of course, if you do not want to wait for that, we can do zoom meetings
customized just for you.

2021 Class Rules

In 2021 we usher in the new "Cuber System" of weight loss. This is a sophisticated system that eliminates the need to counting calories. This new system will be introduced when classes resume or if you are taking online classes via Zoom.

The fee for taking classes with the ThinrYou and DCN weight loss program is $50 per month, payable the first meeting of the month for the entire month. There is a $10 coupon on this web site for prior to Covid 19 members who rejoin the group which would make the monthly fee $40 per month for prior members. There are no refunds for missed meetings. Keep in mind as it shows below, we will be limited to only ten members in a class for now. In the past we have had over 20 members per class but that will not be allowed in 2021.

You are required to attend a minimum of the first 4 meetings and make a commitment to the program. It only works if you are committed to this program.

You are required to have at least one phone call with Bruce, once per month, every month you are a member. This enables you to discuss any personal information that might help you lose weight better. Sometimes there are personal things that members do not want to discuss in a classroom environment.

You are required to lose 5 pounds per month based on a sliding scale shown below.

New members are not allowed to start in the group until the first meeting of the month. We will not accept new members to start during the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th week of the month.

Since we have not been meeting due to Covid 19 for the past year or so, class size will be limited to ten members only. Anyone who wants to join after the first ten members will go on a waiting list. Keep in mind, if you are one of the ten members who attend weekly classes and you skip a lot of classes, we reserve the right to cancel your membership and move someone in from the wait list. There will be no refunds of any money collected.

No credit cards are accepted as payment in this group. Cash or checks are accepted.

PREVIOUS MEMBERSHIP IN THIS PROGRAM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN 2021. YOU MUST LET BRUCE KNOW IF YOU WILL BE REJOINING THE GROUP AS THE FIRST TEN APPLICATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED.
Sliding Scale for Weight Loss Requirement in order to maintain your membership in our group;
If you have 20 pounds or more to lose, your monthly requirement is 5 pounds of weight loss per month in order to remain a member of this group.
If you have 15 to 20 pounds to lose, your monthly requirement will be 4 pounds of weight loss per month in order to remain a member of this group
If you have up to 15 pounds to lose, your monthly requirement will be 3 pounds of weight loss per month in order to remain a member of this group.
Keep in mind the above weight loss requirements are minimal at best. You should expect to lose more if you are really working your program. If you do not hit your weight loss goal in a given month, you will be given one grace period month to lose the weight for both months. If you are a diabetic or have another reason where you can not meet the above requirements please discuss this with Bruce prior to joining the group.
