You can sign up and get your name on the class list.
Once on the class list you will be notified prior to our classes starting up again.
Of course, if you do not want to wait for that, we can do zoom meetings
customized just for you.

Q. Do you have local classes that meet every week?
A. Yes we have 1 class that meets every week in the Bucks County area. You can come to the class for the one low monthly fee. Our fees are the lowest in the industry.
Q. How much weight can I expect to lose every week?
A. The first couple of weeks your weight loss can be high. After several weeks it will slow down to about ½ to 1 pound per week. This will vary from person to person.
Q. If I cannot afford to pay the monthly fee can arrangements be made?
A. Yes, we can have a confidential conversation by calling me at 267.994.7870. Ask for Bruce
Q. Do I have to buy any items in order to attend your classes in person or online?
A. No there are no purchase requirements of food or material required. You do our program with everyday food found in your local food market
Q. Is it good to drink water to help in weight loss?
A. Drinking water is good for you, your body needs it, and it can be helpful in weight loss. It's healthy to drink about 8 glasses (8 oz. each) of water per day. That's 64 ounces.
You also need water to flush the toxins out of your body. "You won’t be able to lose weight without water to flush out the by-products of fat breakdown."
